Description: South Dakota Wild offers this hunt for clients wishing to hunt premium property with a guide and trained bird dogs. This hunt features heavily managed property with food plots, shelter belts and lots of cover. Hunters will see hundreds of pheasants per day and experience the wild bird hunting that South Dakota is famous for.
This all inclusive hunt features upscale lodging and fine dining. It has been featured on several episodes of We Live Outdoors with Michael Waddell and has hosted Country Music legend John Michael Montgomery.
Since this property is so well taken care of and rotated very frequently (some sections may only get hunted a couple of times a year) the bird hunting is always excellent, even to the last week of the season.
We have been working with this outfitter for over 15 years and he has one of our highest customer satisfaction ratings as well as an excellent repeat client ratio.
Lodging Information: The lodging for the guided is hunt is at the Ramkota in Pierre, easily the capitols nicest facility. Standard double occupancy rooms are provided with this package, but can be upgraded to suits for an additional charge. It should be notes that this facility also works well for large corporate groups as the Ramkota has an excellent conference facility attached and their are large entertainment rooms/suites available for private parties. All meals are included with this package as well. Breakfast and dinner can be had at one of several restaurants in Pierre and lunch is taken in the field.
