Description: This property is the smallest farm we offer, but it hunts extremely well, in fact due to the excellent pheasant cover it hunts like a much larger farm. Ideal for small groups (2 or 3 hunters), this farm has been popular with clients for a number of years with good success rates. The property has a creek running through it, surrounded by some crops—including corn. There is an overgrown homestead on the north piece with a shelter belt surrounding it, some draws and a small slough with a dugout water pit. The fence lines are thick and grassy, just what small groups of pheasant hunters are looking for!
Lodging Information: Two housing options are available for Pheasant Valley . Either a motel or rental house in Kimball. Both have pheasant cleaning facilities.

** Hunts are for three days over a weekend. Choose between Fri, Sat, Sun or Sat, Sun, Mon. All properties are rested during the week to reduce pressure on the birds.
